Nice, chill Vietnamese restaurant near Universal Studios. The bone marrow pho was legit! The spring rolls were on fire. Check this place out if you are in the area. Lots of parking in a safe neighborhood. ALOHA!

Stopped by craving pho and happened to find this place on Google Maps. Tried the pork spring roll which was refreshing and included a decent amount of meat, vege, and vermicelli. Beef pho hit the spot, perfect temp broth to wilt the herbs and sprouts, savory flavor, and tasty meats. The taco was a surprising hit, beef was the same from the pho topped with pickled onions. Must have with a spritz of lime and sriracha. Service was great, server was helpful, and friendly. Talked about the specials and took care of the rest. The restaurant has a charming fresh feel, nice decor and ample seating for groups. It was a little warm this summer afternoon but in all honesty it kinda added to the ambiance and reminded me a little of eating in Hanoi. All-in-all happy with my dining experience and will gladly add Lotus & Light in my pho round up.

Sent me rotten veggies, no silverware, and no sauces. Called them and they were very rude. The kitchen manager lady lied and said nothing in their kitchen is rotten. Well the proof is in the pudding! The photos show that they blatantly lied and sent rotten food! And the soup wasnt even hot! We had to microwave it and eat it with forks bc they didnt send any silverware and we dont have soup spoons! If this slimey, brown stuff isnt her idea of rotten just imagine the filth she is serving you customers without you knowing it! I am reporting this to the Food Safety Board!

I ordered the beef rice bowl through Uber Eats and was pretty disappointed, especially for the price. The portion was so small. There was a ton of plain rice but barely any beef. The vegetables were little slivers of carrot, bean sprout, and cucumber. Honestly felt like half of 1 entree, or gave me someone's scraps ๐คฎ๐คฎ. Shrinkflation strikes again! The takeout box was ridiculously big for the amount of food, which made it even more noticeable. If youโre not going to fill it, you should really downsize the container. It felt like they were cutting corners by loading up on rice instead of the main ingredient. Respectfully, the restaurant is also almost always empty, and after this experience, I can see why. I wouldnโt order this again.
